On a gorgeous, sunny March Sunday, I made a gamble and headed up to North Dorset Vermont with hopes of a move on the VTR. sure enough around 11 o'clock, pulling onto a side road to check out a shot the lights of VTR #432 could be seen in the distance. It's slow going until south of Manchester,VT on the B&R, here #432 trundles south with a cut of OMYA's for the Paran in North Bennington.
