28N proceeds east after earlier pulling into the adjacent track to clear the main for a westbound rack train -- then backing out past Beck Road after that train passed by at Eagle Bridge NY. 28N will shortly be followed by a highballing westbound 22k with three units and a large number of empty tables on the front end -- hot on 28N's heels about 20 minutes behind.
