According to maps of the ROW, this is where the SNE would have been built. It is definitely not a natural embankment and looks identical in width and overall condition to other SNE embankments I have seen in parts of Uxbridge and Douglas Ma. It is also in line and level with the embankment about 200 yards south near the Rt.116 bridge.
