VIA 6404 At Mallorytown

Train 64 from Toronto to Montreal at County Road 5 in Mallorytown, Ontario, Canada. This is the first train I saw on this solo railfan trip into Ontario. At first, I thought this train might be The Canadian, because of the heritage coaches, but then I remembered The Canadian no longer travels all the way to Montreal. I guess that's been the case for quite some time now. And I think it went to Montreal as a separate section from Ottawa? This train was really flying! What's the difference between a F40PH-2 and -3?
