PanAm Southern OCS on the West End -- Tuesday August 19, 2014PAR 1 leads the short OCS consist westbound through Petersburg NY on its way to Hoosick Junction. After wyeing the train, it will return east to overnight at North Adams for the special events of Wednesday. The Governor should come every week -- in North Adams somebody picked up all the trash that was trackside and then bushwhacked all the adjoining foliage and carted it away !!
