What and where is this?

NS standard cab leading a CP GEVO and loaded coal. None of that information will lead you to CSX train K408, a loaded petroleum train which happened to have 2 loaded coal cars on the head end ahead of the spacer car, south on the River Line approaching CP 102 in Saugerties, NY.
