PanAm Southern 22k -- Friday July 18, 2014

NS 9246 +2 leads the eastbound 22k under NY State Route 7 in Hoosick NY on an early Friday evening. The manifest was held back at Buskirk while EDMO (NS 2562 - MEC 349) switched a pair of loads into the Batten Kill and grabbed the westbound empties at Eagle Bridge. AD-1 (MEC 344 - B&M 327) also took advantage of the "break in the action" (upon returning from its round trip to North Bennington) -- after EDMO cleared Hoosick Junction that symbol scampered back east in front of 22k. The lead engine (NS 9246) on 22k appeared to be the only unit on-line as the other motive power seemed to be "cut-out." The front "pony" is wondering who stole the stripes on the access door.
