Double Header on 691

Amtrak Downeaster train 691 heads east through Yarmouth Junction en route to Brunswick with AMTK 41 and AMTK 817 at the point. They added the 41 on when they arrived into Portland from Boston. I'm not sure why, but my guess would be that 817 had some engine issues.
