VTR B&R storm damage fix -- Friday June 27, 2014

PanAm Southern wasn't the only local railroad affected by the massive rainfall on Wednesday night -- just west of the State Line "0.0" marker a washout plagued the VTR on the approach to the bridge spanning NYS Route 67. Late Friday afternoon finds the VTR crew with a collage of stone cars crossing the affected bridge over the Wallomsac River on the trip back east (north). After all the activity of the day came to a close, both AD-1 with 24 cars and RJ-1 with 65 cars connected with the VTR at Hoosick Junction -- a total of 89 cars plus the four stone cars traveling north to Rutland behind 202-312-311-2215.
