Finger Lakes Railway B23-7 2305 at Milton and Bridge Streets in Syracuse, New York. The New York Central 'Lightning Stripe' livery makes these locomotives appealing subjects to me. Unfortunately the light wasn't so good at the time. (Pentax K-5)
