Here we see the Providence & Worcester hospital train rolling though Barbers in Worcester MA. P&W 4002 leads, followed by 4 buffer cars, P&W 3903, autoracks crippled in a derailment in Gardner MA, and Pan Am leaser GMTX 3005 on the rear of the train.
