Photographed here at Holmview Qld. The Townsville Harbour Board a GL22C-2 Locomotive to shunt its bulk sugar terminal It was similar to the 247o class locomotives but was not equiped wih dynamic brakes. In contrast to the QR blue it was painted green and yellow. In 1988 QR bought it from the Board, repainted it and numbered it 2507, the highest number of the of the 2470 series,at that time.
