A Norfolk Southern Ex Conrail C40-8W is the 3rd unit of 4 on 23K returning to Chicago, Ill from Ayer, Ma. If you look at the radiator, you can see its big just like the Dash 9's radiator. Some Conrail Dash 8's had bigger radiator's due to GE saw that they bigger the radiator, the better cooling system for the engine.
