CIT SD43/90MAC #130 is seen parked on the Bull Run connector in downtown Albany, NY. The unit, currently leased to the Vermont Railway, had traction motors changed out at the Amtrak shop in Rensselaer. It is waiting to be picked up by CP, who will deliver the unit back to the Vermont Railway at Whitehall, NY.
