PAS local RJ-1 is holding briefly at Waite Road off the Rotterdam Branch at CPF477 for the North End DS(D&H) to give permission east for Mechancville. The crew has cars for the Battenkill and VTR at North Bennington VT out of Rotterdam Junction.
