Up on the Profile & Franconia Notch RR.......Lest we forget!

This is a shot of the bridge masonry on the Gale River in Franconia NH. The ol' river is slowly biting away at it. This can be seen from Rt-3 about 100 feet away. It is a short walk down the river. The old row is really over grown but still evident here and on Google Earth. That is how I found it.
Line ran from Bethlehem Jct/Pierce Bridge (rt-2) to where the Cannon Mt Tramway is now. (Profile House)
