Along the Route of the Springfield, Athol & NortheasternLooking north on the roadbed, now a hiking trail, along the northeast shoreline of the Quabbin. Trains last ran in 1935, before the Swift River Valley was flooded. Culverts and what look like cow-tunnels are intact.
