Erie Lackawanna Alco #310 switches a Whitcomb center cab locomotive under repair at the HVRM shops. On the left stands Grasselli Tower, with a freshly rebuilt staircase. Formerly, this tower was located in East Chicago, Indiana on the Indiana Harbor Belt.
