Looking East on the Whitefield Diamond

Once busy with the B & M heading left and the MEC heading off to the right, this once proud diamond is now a "diamond in the rough". By the condition of the area, hard to see any evidence of any railroad activity in Whitefield NH. The former B & M line on the left originally headed to Berlin, while the MEC line on the right, continued to North Conway as the "Mountain Division".
