CANADIAN PACIFIC 4-4-0 SWITCHING TWO FLAT CARS

Canadian Pacific A2q 4-4-0 144 built in 1886 picking-up two empty flat cars for the mixed train from Norton to Chipman, New Brunswick. Up the line was a coal load but there was no other work that day and few passengers beside me. Actually, 144 was only months away from retirement, needed some boiler work and could not produce enough steam to handle more than four coal loads or eight empties in addition to the wood combine.
