CANADIAN PACIFIC 4-4-4 AT McADAM STATION HOTELCanadian Pacific F1a 4-4-4 2926 is at the CPR's Station-Hotel preparing to leave McAdam, New Brunswick with a train to St.Andrews. CPR tracks were on both sides of the building which has been preserved as a landmark. I remember breakfast there with a switcher shuffling cars in front of my table at the restaurant window. The CPR sleeping car which I rode from Montreal was left on the Station-Hotel siding. Vacationists mainly supported the Montreal-McAdam sleeper. I rode part of the way with a Canadian Mounted Policeman in dress uniform who was using a nearby berth.
