Canadian Pacific H1b 4-6-4 2811 is at the wash pad at the Glen roundhouse in Montreal. I rode the Hudson in a light move from St.Luc where she was in freight service. She arrived at the passenger roundhouse on a rainy afternoon to power an Easter Sunday excursion. When the cleaning crew was finished the Hudson looked newly painted as attested by earlier shots I posted. The diesel on the turntable reflects that regular steam operations will be over in about two months.
