Named for a former director of MARC, HHP electric #4913 is joined in Baltimore by one of the newest diesel locomotives. Kathryn D. Waters now reportedly is vice-president for Member Services of the American Public Transit Administration. She has an impressive career in rail commuter service, including TRE in Dallas as well as MARC.
