NECR Waiting for Green

New England Central waited for forty-five minutes for a CSX eastbound on April 18th. Four engines and seven cars lined up to cross the diamond in Palmer as CSX said Q122 was in the West Springfield area, but they had to wait. The NECR conductor has come out of the cab to hit the button for the third time.
