Pennsylvania Coal Company Gravity Railroad: 15 of 18

This view is on top of Plane 10 and shows part of the foundation of the building that housed the stationary steam engine used to haul loaded cars up the inclined plane. Cables were guided through the stonework and extended several hundred feet all the way to the bottom of the plane.
