Near Harvey, N.B., while checking damages from heavy rains six days ago, NBSR 2610 West surprised me, as I did not hear its approach until just prior to appearence.

On December 13th, the Southwest area of the province received 4-6 inches of rain, damaging a great deal of infrastructure. NBSR had several washouts further west of here.
