Conductor Ryan Steinherr!

We met about a week before at CP90. I just happened to be in Kingston on an errand with my mom (and no cameras), when mom said, "Let's stop and watch some trains." (My mom's a railfan too!)

C711 was at CP90 and I walked over to ask a few questions about the Tech City Industrial Track. (days of spotting cars, etc). Well, Ryan was kind enough and gave me a concise schedule of all of C711's regular movements for the week.

I didn't anticipate seeing him on this day, but when I heard C711 on the radio, I recognized Ryan's voice.

Here he is, pen in hand taking down the special instructions regarding movements over the bridge.

I would spend the next several hours following C711, Ryan and engineer Dave up the line performing their various pick up and drops.
