The late Tom Arnold, B&O conductor and avid rail photographer, graciously shared a number of his photographs with me, knowing of my interest in the DC area. Here's one of his WTCo shots. The Washington Terminal Co. operated Union Station from 1901 until taken over by Amtrak in 1981.
