NS 23K at Owego, NY

NS 23K rolls westbound through Owego, NY at 12:34 pm on Saturday, 09/25/2010. The train had to dodge around work equipment and a set of light power testing new signal installation, all part of Norfolk Southern's upgrade of the Southern Tier between Binghamton, NY and Waverly. The train originated on Pan Am as AYMO and then 935 on the CP, before hitting home rails on NS as 23K.
