Matched CP SD40-2s(off an earlier #417 Bronx Freight) rumble towards Bells Lane in Waterford with a very heavy twin load out of GE Schenectady for the Port of Albany. The #721 is seen southbound on the Colonie Sub passing the Momentive Plastics Facility.
