Dinky at Roosevelt Road

This Burlington Northern "dinky" suburban train is outbound for Aurora, Ill., the outer end of the railroad's Chicago-area commuter line, as it approaches Roosevelt Road just south of Chicago Union Station.

The train is passing the former CB&Q coach yard, from which the railroad launched its famous "Zephyr" fleet. A number of passenger cars are visible, including a gaggle of Budd domes.
