PAS MOAY at Mechanicville, NY

The second section of Pan Am Southern MOAY takes the switch onto home rails at Mechanicville, NY at 4:37 pm on Saturday, 04/24/2010. The train is several hours late, mostly due to going into emergency just west of Ushers, NY. The train was excessively long and was well over 7000 feet in length. Traffic levels on this day necessitated running two sections of MOAY. The first section was solid autoracks (approximately 45 cars long and led by a single NS unit) and was through Mechanicville around 8:30 am.
