BAR GP-38's in Philippi West Virginia

Looking more like a New England scene five leased former Bangor and Aroostook GP-38's are leading an eastbound loaded coal train through Philippi on the Appalachian and Ohio. The A&O took over the operation of the CSX, former B&O Cowen Subdivision.
