Vermont Railway Southbound in New Haven, VT Even though the foliage is down the Vermont Railway is keeping things colorful . On a rather dreary and rainy day the southbound train from Burlington approaches the Campground Road crossing in New Haven on its return trip to Rutland. WACR 202, VTR 301 and NREX 4211.
