Winchester and Western RS-3 # 527,Winchester and Western's only RS-3 rests in Gore, VA. The locomotive was former New Haven #527. The unit was purchased for parts but the shop men in Gore found it was in much better shape than thought. Photographed by Bob Baker, August, 1992.
