THUNDERING UP A RUTLAND GRADE

Steamtown rail fan weekend 1978. Ex CP G5D 1293 (Montreal 1948) is in the lead. Although the CP did not use G5's in Vermont (and not on the Rutland) the near duplicate G-2 class was commonly used by the CP in Vermont and was used as far south as Boston and Springfield.
