Boston & Maine 4-6-2 3672 is leaving Lynn, Mass. with an evening commuter train from Boston. I rode one of the four steam powered locals that stopped at Lynn this rush period so I could know what it was like to ride one -- there were still steam fan trips but regular steam service near my home in RI ended a few years before and I couldn't remember riding behind any steam on the New Haven even though my family did use the trains.
