Coming into Town...

Maine Eastern Passenger extra comes into downtown Wiscasset, Maine. There were a few people on board this train today. I heard the train coming from a mile away, soon after a couple parked their truck and large Boat over the tracks. I walked up to them and said nicely “that a train is coming soon”, the Adult woman replied "oh that's not important they come through really slow here " I guess she though only being hit by a fast train would hurt her and her family? A nice warm day otherwise. Hopefully the Downeaster will come to Brunswick next year, if they dedicate 2 trains a day Maine Eastern said the will do a passenger run up to Augusta too. I am a member of Trainrider's Northeast, Hello fellow Trainrider's.
