Two NE Regional trains coupled and ready to go at NRO

Amtrak Trains 143 and 195 coupled together and ready to be towed by twin P42 diesels to NYC. Although some trains were late due to the power outage, Amtrak must be applauded here for their quick action in devising a workaround to get their passsengers in and out of NYC.
