NEW HAVEN GP-9s

I shot this westbound freight while standing next to the Moshassuck Valley interchange track in the Woodlawn section of Pawtucket, RI at the east end of the Northup Ave. hump yard. The track in the left corner represents the MVRR's plan to cross the NH and continue to the Pawtucket River. Also, across the yard is the approximate location of the large roundhouse which the NH designed as part of the hump yard but it exists only as a blueprint in my collection
