CN 4-8-4 ON THE CENTRAL VERMONT

I shot Canadian National 6218 during the October 1966 New London-Brattleboro fan trip run-by at South Willington,Conn.(milepost 42). CN 4-8-4's, including this class, were frequently used on the CV during the steam era but I don't believe they ever ran south of Brattleboro until this trip.

Photographed by Edward Ozog, May 29, 1966.
Added to the photo archive by Edward Ozog, August 23, 2009.
Railroad: Central Vermont.
