CSX Q390-30, a UP run-through pulls out of Buffalo ny after going into emergencytaken at ransom rd in Lancaster ny east of buffalo at QC 424 on the CSX Rochester sub. The lead engine is UP 4791 and the train is smaller than it was in Buffalo as the train was split in half for the car dept to deal with.
