BAR Geeps working Caribou yard VI

BAR GP-7r #21 & 22 are found backing out of the yard in Caribou as they perform switching duties on a beautiful fall day. The tracks they are sitting on keep going into the neighboring town of Limestone and the tracks off to the left are whats left of the former mainline to Van Buren. Dragon Cement and Agway Feeds were once customers on this stub of trackage. Now, the only customer left is Cavendish Agri-Services.

Photographed by Brett Beaulieu, 1996.

Railroad: Bangor and Aroostook.
