This is a rather unique perspective of the Otis Elevating Railway, located at Palenville, NY. This view was taken from the top of the ridge and approximately a half a mile south of the railway. The remains of a substantial concrete bridge can be seen in the center of the photo, which was taken on Saturday, 04/25/2009.
