This area is wonderful for a railfan - so many props interesting and accessible sights! There is nearby parking, and plenty of welcoming space to wander and wonder . . . just like Steamtown days?

Here is the Green Mountain Railroad bridge over the Connecticut River. The gorge is quite impressive.
