While at the end of Depot St. in Manchester I noticed a group of teens walk across the bridge and get into their cars and leave. Then this group drove up and walked across. With a LCT only minutes south of here. The kids are trespassing and even walking on the tracks. Leads me to belive something suspicious is going on on the other side the way they are coming and going.
