An eastbound freight from Windsor to Windsor Jct. derailed when the lead unit rode up on ice.

Seen here is leased Cape Breton & Central Nova Scotia (Railamerica) GP-9. Crews are preparing to go forward and pull back the derailed lead unit while re-railing it.
