JPTX GP11 1804, SMNR Alco M420 3518, Mapleton, IL, October 2002

SMNR stands for Southern Manitoba Railway. Unit was run on former TP&W "West End" by temporary operator SF&L Railway which was planning to salvage the line. Subsequently the STB returned the line to TP&W and required them to sell it to Pioneer Railcorp which now operates it as Keokuk Junction/Peoria & Western. Scanned from 35mm photo.
