Benning CSX doesn’t name very many of it’s locomotives and I don’t know why it selects the ones it does name to name. Spirit of Benning, but why #4590. I guess Benning would rather its name ride on 4590 than ‘ole 8150 though. Photographed by David Larrabee, April 5, 2008.
