Maintenance Of Way equipment in the Rockland yard.

Un-confirmed rumor has it that alot of this stuff, along with a small crew from Maine Eastern will be temporarilly assigned to the Downeast Scenic RR for much needed track maintenance on the Calais branch this fall....(?) Anyone know anything about this??
